Singapore Thanksgiving

Marin and Olivia sitting down for turkey dinner. Marin wasn't so keen on the food. Our picky eater chose instead to eat the banana bread. Hmm, she was really missing out on some good eats.

All the kiddos eating relatively peacefully.

Having fun watching a bit of football.

Whew, what a busy afternoon!! We took at bath with Lily and Olivia and slide into our pj's. Bella found a place to snuggle up on the couch and Marin was trying to settle but had too much fun playing with Lily. It was another late night but we had a great time.

Snow in Singapore?

Bella was a bit sleepy and wasn't too sure why we had her out here on the street. What could we possibly be waiting for?
Yea no! Marin was not a big fan of the festive foam.
Bella wasn't too sure of the foam either. It took Daddy (who wasn't too sure either) to get her to venture in.
What in the world? I really don't think this is very cool. I can't see my shoes and I definitely don't want to touch it mom!!
Bella dug the falling snow. She started jumping and trying to catch some foamy flakes.
Ah, this was a great time. We met the Hardy's down at Tanglin Mall for some winter snow. Or maybe it was festive foam? After some getting used to we had a great time watching the snow fall from above and playing in it. Marin was still a bit more cautious but Bella was warming up nicely.

Marin

Marin was sitting pretty for this picture. She had her hair in two clips and put the arm band/bracelet on all by herself. She was patiently waiting for her snack.
This is a funny outfit. Nana and Grandpa Dave gave it to Marin for her birthday. The little puff at the back received a lot of comments. Marin was happy go lucky strutting everywhere.
Here is Marin doing her thing. She loves to copy Bella and has taken a big liking to the guitar. We love when she puts it around her neck and starts to jam.

Bella loves guitar

Bella absolutely loves the guitar. We pass by a toy shop once a week to and from speech therapy. They have guitar that she has been coveting for awhile. So, I made the deal that she had to carry it to the cashier, pay for it, carry it to the car and not open it till we got home. And that is just what she did! She of course makes good use of it by dancing in front of the mirror, guitar in hand and singing. She is a little pro.

Angkor Wat

At Angkor Wat enjoying the temple and of course hiding in crevasses and going behind all the roped off areas. The girls enjoyed their snacks through the temple. Of course there were trails of fishies and raisins behind them. It was quite funny to be in an area built in the first century and we were dotting it with lovely snacks.

Bantaey Srei Temple

One of the oldest temples outside the Angkor Temples the walls were intricately carved with beautiful hindu and buddhist stories. The girls weren't so interested in the history but loved playing in the dirt and playing hide n seek between all the walls and doors.

Arriving in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Marin was wiped out!! She found a comfy shoulder to drool and lay her head for a short bit.

We weren't really sure what the green juice was but Bella really dug the glass. She held it with one hand and had a grand time drinking not only her glass but Mommy's too.
