Bella's Scooter

Dress up

The older girls donned their princess outfits for a day of fun and play. Annabelle was Snow White and Bella had on her pink princess outfit, ring and earrings included. They were sweethearts at the park and in the house. Marin just loved the wand.

Pancakes

Our best friends Karina and Alexander from Singapore came up for a quick visit. We started the morning out making pancakes. Bella and Annabelle took turns pouring in the mix and water. Then both girls had a great time stirring and stirring to get out all the lumps.

Playdate with Harry

Harry came over for a playdate. Bella immediately put on his gum boots (golashes). She loves shoes and pranced around the house in them. The three kids cleaned the house and rocked out to the guitar. And the mommies even danced a bit too.

New Camera

Nonnie gave Bella a new sophisticated digital camera from vtech. She loves all the buttons and sounds. We are getting used to actually taking the pictures. She is so thrilled! 3 was a great birthday year - so far so great.

Marin

So happy! Marin has cut two new teeth on the top. The first on the outside and the other in the middle. Two more are coming soon!

Trip to the Gold Coast

We went to visit Laurence on the Gold Coast. We had lots of fun dancing in her apartment, spilling our snack everywhere and running along the waterfront. Thanks for having us!

Guitar

She is indicating here that it is quiet. As she accidently pressed the stop button and the guitar stopped playing. But not for long.....

Ever since our trip to Colorado Bella has loved guitars. She received her very own stylish pink jamming guitar for her birthday. She was more than thrilled. Luckily for Mommy and Daddy there is no volume button and the tunes play over and over. Bella just loves it!

Another bday party

Bella is enjoying her first lollypop. Mom isn't to keen on these sugar delights. But Bella was in heaven enjoying each and every bite. Of course we were very sticky.

Lots of birthday parties in March! We took the ferry to Discovery Bay and attended Raffy's 2nd birthday party with best buds Alana and Harry. Marin discovered crawling and sitting in the grass. At first she wasn't too keen but then started exploring. Annabella was running everywhere chasing the soccer balls and loving the outdoor grass. Her favorite part was the lollypop hunt. She went out with Aunty Leah on search for treats. She wasn't sure what it was she found but when Leah let her taste a lollypop it was as if she had eaten forbidden fruit. There was no taking it away from her.

Earth goes round the sun

We celebrated Bella's birthday at school. She had a special cake and blew out her candles. Before cake they sang the birthday song....The earth goes round the sun, the earth goes round the sun, it takes one year and more the earth goes round the sun. And she gets a candle on her sun for each year old she is. So, we sang three times and her friend Rhyah was the earth. Then the older kids sang Happy Birthday in Mandarin. We love school!!

Guinea Pigs

There are guinea pigs at school. (Where we like for them to stay) For the first time today Bella sat down to pet them. She loved stroking Rosie. And she held her all by herself. I think Rosie was poked in the eye only once.

Birthday Girl

Bella had her third birthday party at the club. We invited her friends and everyone used the slides, climbing nets, balls and what not. Then we ate yummy party food and had cake. Then it was back to the adventure zone for more playing. Daddy was on Bella duty and was worn out by the end of the party. She had him exploring everywhere.
