Grandpa's Bday

Connor and Grandpa have a moment as Connor is wearing his 5 Star onesie.
Uncle Jon and Bella were good friends throughout the evening.
Happy Birthday Grandpa!

Everyone enjoys birthdays - especially when they involve dessert.

Jackets

Daddy calls the girls puff marshmallows in these jackets from Grammy. They are fantastic! The girls keep nice and cozy - the elements won't bother them a bit.

First Snow

Connor enjoyed his first snow experience. It was short lived but long enough to enjoy the big white flakes and try to catch them on our tongues. Winter is on its way. We shall see what each person thinks of the change of weather.

Build a Bear

Marin went on a special mission with Mommy to Build-a-Bear. She didn't know what was happening but Mommy had plans. Marin first tried hugging different animals to see which one she wanted. She saw a dog by the front door that had roller skates on and she kept going back to that one. Finally she chose - yep - a dog. We had it stuffed with a special heart and her "Paci". That was the big surprise! Now that Marin is a big girl she doesn't need it at night. If she does she can just hug Dog. That is his name by the way - when I asked her what name I should enter on the birth certificate she thought for a bit and looked at me and said plainly "Dog". Well of course Mom what else would the name be? You will see that DOG didn't get roller skates but does own his own set of twinkle toe shoes so that Marin and dog can show off their shoes together.

Pizza Making

Bella and Marin set out making pizzas with Grampy and Grammy. Grammy helped to make sure the toppings were spread out evenly. Daddy made sure there was enough sauce (his favorite). We had a taste off and surprise surprise both pizzas were excellent!

Fall Leaves

The girls had a great time in the leaves this fall. We set about raking big piles of leaves in the yard. Bella had a great time throwing the leaves into the air. She was laughing hysterically each time. Marin had more fun running through the leaves then throwing them. We definitely entertained ourselves for a few hours. It was fun to be outside and see the girls enjoy an activity they haven't done before.
