Dancing Queen

Bella was cutting a serious rug (even though there was no rug) dancing to all of the live music.  She had a blast!!  

Concert in the Park

We went to the concert in the park and listened to music.  The family ate, danced and played in the grass.  Bella loved running up and down the hill while Marin was captivated by all the balls - footballs, baseballs & soccer balls.  She was chasing after all of them.  For awhile she even spent some time in the net serving as goalie!

Haircut

Bella had her first major haircut today.  She had the back of her hair, that was nearly down to her butt, cut for the first time in her 3+ years.  She was really good and wanted to be involved combing and watching in the mirror.  Afterwards, she got a lollypop!

Dancing at Grandpa's

Bella loves to corral everyone into dancing with her.  Her newest recruit was Grandpa and Nana.  Aunt Amy & Phoebe watched while Marin bebopped and the others danced around the house.  It was a lot of fun watching everyone make up new moves and have Bella school all of us.

Vail

We spent the day in Vail with our friends that live in Singapore.  Bella and Marin loved the water and ran around with Annabelle.  Marin was fearless - she sat in the water, kicked and splashed.  Who knew water fountains could be so much fun!

Computers

We went to the apple store and the girls found the kiddy station.  They were in heaven playing with the mouse and keyboard.  So much so that they threw tantrums when it was time to go.  Ah, apple they just know how to suck you in at a very young age.

Visits with Grandpa

We have been having a great time visiting family.  This was one night with Grandpa and Nana Jeri.  The girls played with the balls in the back for a long time.

Slumber Party

The cousins had a sleepover on the weekend.  They had a special night and set up the tent in the family room and watched Disney's Bolt.  The kiddos fell asleep and slept the whole night in the tent.  It was really fun and a different experience for the girls.

Shopping with Bella

She loves to dress up and dance in front of the mirror.  She found the hat herself and put the whole outfit together.  Then she was dancing by wiggling her bum with her hands on her hips.  Then there is always a song that goes along with the dance to entertain all in the store.

Pool Fun

We are having loads of fun in the neighbor's pool.  The girls love swimming.  Bella & Marin borrowed the swim vests and were free to swim and fall into the pool.  They love swimming with their cousins and aunties and unlces.  

Bella on the scooter

Uncle Jon helped Bella on Caleb's scooter while Caleb & Jon Michael scooted around on the razors behind her.  They were all sporting smiles.  Even Uncle Jon had a good time.

Watering the plants

Bella and the next door neighbor Sophia watered the plants together.  They each helped fill the watering can with water and to feed the plants.  Bella was pretty excited.

Tricycle

Bella and Marin enjoyed the tricycle and little tikes car.

Grocery Store visit

The store has the best ride in town!  The girls were turning and beeping at every curve.

Bella wasn't so sure about the rocking horse.

The horse ride was a penny that Bella put in for Marin.  Then Marin started her ride.  She loved every minute of the ride and even held on to the saddle herself.

Airport bag

Bella was so excited to pull her bag through the airport.  She got almost all the way to her seat on the plane.  She went through security and all the way to the gate.  It was so cute.  She was such a big girl.

Dancing

Dancing downstairs in Cleveland brought on the beat.  Bella loved jumping up and down and running around the furniture in circles.  Marin was so excited she would run around and chase after Bella and Grammy around the room to the beat of the music.

Lake Farm

After the boat ride we went to the Lake Farm to see the animals.  We started with the milking of the cows.  Bella wasn't so sure about what was going on.  She was a little bit more interested in the baby calf that was born a few days ago.  Marin was more than interested to climb over and check out the hay with the goats.  The horses weren't out but the girls did get a little fun on the saddles.  We spent some time at the end of day watching the train go round.

Boat ride

We went for a boat cruise on the Cuyahoga River showing us the historic side of downtown Cleveland.  The girls were all set with their stylish sunnies and hats.  The girls had a great time watching the scenery and eating as much as they could.  Marin was busy walking around and climbing through the chairs and tables on the floor.  The girls were quite playful and enjoying the sun.
