2nd Birthday Party

Daddy, Mommy, Nonnie & Grandpa John helped set up for Bella's 2nd birthday celebration at the kids gym. This day was all about Bella.

Pig Tails

We still love to climb the steps. Bella is getting sturdier and one day will be able to do it on her own.

Dying Easter Eggs

Dying Easter Eggs for the first year with Nonnie who is visiting. She was showing Bella how to mix up the dye.

Giving it a go on our own. Bella did indeed get the blue dye all over her pants, hence the no shirt policy.

Now using the orange dye with "Bella" spelled on the egg. All in all Bella was great at mixing the eggs up in the dye. We only smashed two eggs.

Fat Lip

Poor Bella got her first fat lip today. She was climbing out of her high chair and gave herself a good knock on the lip. Nothing a little ice can't fix. She was a tough girl. But it definitely made her miss her Daddy. He would have made it better right away.

Bday Cake

Bella's 2nd Birthday - Pressies

Bella isn't so happy about the birthday hat and is inspecting the birthday horn. She is on Mommy and Daddy's bed for our birthday tradition of singing and opening presents first thing in the morning. And boy was Bella up early this morning. She must know it is her special day.

Wowsers! You were right. A new leap frog book from Auntie Colleen, Uncle Jon and cousins.

Bella was mostly distracted with the monkey bag. Hmm, simple laughs and pleasures.

This was either practising how many fingers to hold up or it was to tell Mommy we were done taking pictures. She must have learned that from Daddy.

Washing Dishes

Nonnie & Grandpa John are out visiting. We went to Jumbo's the floating restaurant out in Aberdeen for some dim sum.
