Santa Party

Using sparkle glue to give rudolf a glow.
Coloring rudolf.
Watching the puppet show. It was interesting until it got a little long for Marin. Bella and Daddy remained entranced for the whole of the show.
Ah, we really are into balloons.
Bella found Daddy's shoes to be quite entertaining despite all the games that were going on around us.
Kisses for Daddy. And of course Marin was thrilled as Daddy was entertaining her by throwing her upside down over and over.
Uh, oh we aren't so happy with sitting on Santa's lap. Maybe next year?
This is about as close as Bella would go by herself. She grabbed the candy cane but wasn't going anywhere near his lap. Hmmm.....
Mommy & Daddy were willing to get in the picture with Santa. We weren't so sure about the lap either though. Merry Christmas!

Christmas Pajamas

Mommy was so excited when she found the girls their Christmas PJ's. Bella and Marin liked to help pick out the trees, reindeer and Santa's. I just think they look so cute!!

Tree Trimming

Bella was excited to put up the red christmas ornaments. She was making sure she could hang all of them and not just one.
We love Marin's cluster of red ornaments. She really got into hanging the ornaments and took her job very seriously. Of she wanted to hang the red ones too!
Yea, Mom I figured it out. This is really fun may I do more...
Bella and Daddy working together to hang the bulb with the paperclip.
Marin was helping Daddy with the tree topper. She had a great view from way up there.
Bella was our big helper and swept up all the pine needles that dropped to the floor.

Santa's little helpers.
Our tree...complete with presents already thanks to an early box of goodies from the states. Happy Holidays everyone!!

Christmas Tree Shopping

Look at the trees! These are the size of Marin. We decided to go with a tree that is a bit bigger.
At the beginning of tree hunting. Everyone was really excited to start looking for just the right tree for our house. We were walking around searching the small ones and taller ones.
Bella was excited and was practicing saying "tree" and was really enjoying saying the word. It is close to three so we love saying the words over and over.
Here is OUR tree!
It was raining so Bella and Marin had to enjoy a little play in the rain! Bella loves to play with the umbrella and of course Marin wants to join in too! It was a lot of laughing and smiles.

Hippo Bus Tour

We took a bus tour through Singapore to see the Christmas lights set up around town. There were about 40 of us on the top of the bus. The girls had a good time pointing out the lights. Marin kept Daddy busy trying to look over the side of the rails. While Bella fell asleep an hour through the ride. The city looked spectacular and it was a grand way to experience all the pretty lights. We are definitely in the mood for the holidays.

Big Girl Pants

Bella put on a pair of big girl panties on over her diaper and Marin was inspired. She had a go with all of Bella's new underwear. She was really determined to get each and every pair on. It was really cute! She had a great time which was fun to watch.

Christmas Cookies

We had a great time making Christmas cookies for our holiday party today. The girls used their rollers from Nonnie (Thanks!) and rolled out there dough. Marin did a little rolling then a little eating then a lot of eating and some more rolling. Bella really got into the rolling of dough this year. She even stamped out a few stars! Then, the real fun began. We iced and decorated the cookies. Nonnie sent sprinkles and the girls went to town decorating. They had a great time shaking and emptying all the containers. Of course we sampled a cookie each!

Tree Walk

We went walking through the trees on Sunday morning. The girls walked up hill for awhile had snack and ran all the way back down. Bella was very cute counting to three then would start running until she said stop and held her hand up. Then we would all start up again. Even Marin would run and stop. All of us were laughing and having a great time.

Singapore Thanksgiving

Marin and Olivia sitting down for turkey dinner. Marin wasn't so keen on the food. Our picky eater chose instead to eat the banana bread. Hmm, she was really missing out on some good eats.

All the kiddos eating relatively peacefully.

Having fun watching a bit of football.

Whew, what a busy afternoon!! We took at bath with Lily and Olivia and slide into our pj's. Bella found a place to snuggle up on the couch and Marin was trying to settle but had too much fun playing with Lily. It was another late night but we had a great time.
