Candy

Marin was so funny! She found a comfy seat on the couch and dove into her basket. She didn't like all the candy but did take a liking to lollypops. The pictures are a great sequence to experience eating candy with Marin.

Ooh some yummy chocolate marshmellow.

Oh yeah, I really like this. It is a bit tough to chew. Eventually she just stuffed the whole thing in her mouth.

Trick or Treat

Marin loved playing with the witches hat.

Mommy was a spider, Daddy a web, Marin (in her third outfit) snow white and Bella (in her second outfit) a nurse.

Bella was a nurse for trick or treating. She really got into holding the basket and going from house to house. Since neither girl could say "trick or treat" Daddy had them blowing kisses afterwards to thank everyone.

We went over to a friend's house for trick or treating. It was a good time and we started out on the street until the monsoon rains had us running for cover. So the Dad's hid behind the doors and in different rooms in the house and we did a little trick or treating in the warm house. The rain did eventually let up and we were able to head out a little bit more before heading home to look at all the yummy candy.

Halloween Party

Our Halloween party was a blast. The girls had a good time entertaining their friends. While Mommy tried to make sure that everyone ate lots of food. We decorated cookies and had a good time playing everywhere. Our little fairy and princess made sure it was a spooky good time.

The edible eyes and apple teeth added for some good conversation.

Halloween cookies

We are getting ready for our big Halloween party. Marin and Bella helped make the cookies. Well, actually Bella did a lot of rolling and punching while Marin simply sampled the dough over and over. Hmmm, I wonder where she gets that from??? Must be her cousins.

Friends

Daddy even got involved, Marin and Bella weren't too keen so Daddy was trying to show them how to wear the rabbit face.

Alana and Harry played their parts well.

We met Belinda, Mark, Harry, Jeremy, Leah, Jim, Alana and Natalie in Phuket. We all had a great time with kid dinners, playing in the water and a little dress up courtesy of Marin and Bella as our Hong Kong friends will miss our Halloween party this year.

The Slide

Marin LOVED the slide. She would go down with Daddy and then sign "more" over and over. Finally we sent her down by herself. And, she still wanted more. She was having a great time on the water slide. Bella was a great fan as she would clap each time and cheer Marin on.
